To join as a seller, simply register at seller.andeals.online, complete your profile, and list your products. Our onboarding process is streamlined for your convenience.

Payments are securely processed to your registered bank account through a split payment process as provided by the payment gateway, The Payments are processed in a maximum of 7 days after the order is completed.

We ensure timely and transparent payments to support your business growth.

Sellers receive payments on a weekly cycle. All transactions are subject to our standard commission rates and GST as per government regulations. Detailed statements are available in your seller dashboard.

In the Andeals marketplace, vendors manage payments, returns, and refunds through a unified dashboard designed for multi-vendor operations. 

Automated Payouts: Depending on the Country of Business, Andeals utilize gateways like Stripe Connect or through an Escrow method to process transactions. Funds are automatically multi-split, routing commissions to the marketplace owner and payouts directly to the vendor's linked bank account.

Invoicing: Sellers can track transactions using a Kanban-style order board and automatically generate invoices for tax and billing compliance

Vendor Return Policies: Vendors configure their own return policies for specific products (e.g., "30-day replacements", "No returns") directly on the listing via the dashboard. 

Initiation: Buyers initiate a return through the order detail page. This immediately triggers a notification alert to the vendor.[ 

Logistics & Chat: Vendors have built-in chat to troubleshoot with the buyer. If the item must be returned, the vendor or platform owner arranges the pickup and communicates with the delivery partner.

Confirmation & Refunds: Once the returned product arrives and the seller confirms its condition via the system, the refund is approved and issued to the buyer.

Selecting a Shipping Method at the Account Level (Merchant)

1. Login to your seller account and navigate to the Account page.
2. Edit the account page by clicking the “Edit” button.
3. Scroll down to the Shipping Method section.
4. Select your desired shipping method from the available options.
5. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

After selecting a shipping method at the account level, this method will be the default option for all of your listings. However, you also have the option to override the account-level shipping method and select a different method for individual listings (see “Selecting a Shipping Method for a Product” below).

You can test the buying experience with a dummy account, where only the shipping method selected at the account level will be visible for every listing.

• For cities which doesn’t have delivery network or on-demand delivery services

In the Andeals marketplace, there are three main types of notifications:

• System notifications: These notifications are generated by the system and are used to inform users about important updates or changes related to the platform, such as new features or maintenance schedules.

• Listing Management notifications: These notifications are related to the management of listings on the platform. For example, an account owner might receive a notification when someone follows their account or likes one of their listings.

• Order Status notifications: These notifications are related to the status of orders on the platform. Account owners and buyers can both receive notifications about the status of their orders, such as when an order is confirmed, shipped, or delivered.
